He had already hung on longer than people usually do with stage IV pancreatic cancer. Bad disease.

oh man. I thought pancreatic cancer killed in like months, not almost two years. Sad.

I feel like I remember that he was supposed to be in a dance thing at BAM this fall........

What was that surfer/robber movie he did with bleached blonde hair?

One of the best lines in movie history:

"Nobody puts baby in a corner."

Would his life be any less valuable if he was? He was a son, and a husband, and a friend to someone. Show a little respect

I think vidro3 is just making some meta-joke about other concurrent threads. there seems to be a lot of off-topic political noise on the board this week.

Saw the Barbara Walters interview last night and have to respect the man for his honesty and courage. Was expecting it to be a maudlin self eulogy but had to admire him for admitting his anger, sharing his visualization techniques and desire to contribute through his craft in the face of a devastating, debilitating and incurable disease. RIP. Hope you and Chris Farley are dancing through the Chippendales "audition" again and laughing your asses off.
