We are a professional couple seeking a home in the heart of Ditmas Park. Our ideal living situation would be a large one bedroom or a two bedroom (with the extra room to be used as an office) that is in a split family home or a small apartment building close to shopping and transportation (Q at Beverly, Cortelyou or Newkirk). We have two adult cats. We'd like to pay under $1650/month and no broker's fee, but are open to both should the right situation turn up.
