New place coming to 6th Ave and 12th St?

Just walked by today and the storefont on 6th Ave and 12th St looks like it's getting ready to be turned into something. This is the space that is behind the giant iron fence. It looks like the wood window frames have been refurbed and is starting to look bistro-y. Any details?

I'm having a hard time imagining that corner. Is that the same intersection as rocking horse? What was it before?

It's kitty-corner to the Red Horse. Used to be a management company.

I had heard it was going to be a wine bar?

That's the place mid-block that used to be Hennepin Printing. Not sure what is going on with that prospective wine bar other than their oddball window display.
