Hi all. I (and my two lovable roomates) are in search of a 3BR place in the neighborhood. Our landlords just sold the brownstone (as is their want but man...) and we wanna stay on the good side of Flatbush! Help us stay!

We are one girl and two guys, all mid-twenties, gainfully employed, and college educated. One of the guys even bartends at Beast when he's not teaching so you'd have the hookup (he's agreed to be accomodating). Range of rent is less than 3K/month and hopefully available July 15th.
