Fireworks tonight?

i hear them, was away for the weekend so i'm not sure what is happening tonight?

ooooooh.....well happy b-day manhattan bridge.....good memories walking across it during the transit strike and washout the other year.....

I thought we were being invaded.

There were two sets of fireworks, around 7:30 in front of South Street Seaport, south of the Brooklyn bridge and then at 8:15 north of the Manhattan bridge. I know the 8:15 show was for the Manhattan bridge celebration but what was the earlier set for?
