Duane Reade on 5th

Any thoughts on the new DR on 5th ave and 50th St? I know there is one on 2nd and 54th St also. They look much nicer than the Rite Aids around there.

Think this will be a trend of DR over taking Brooklyn and turning SP into a more gentrified area?

Gentrification is not always a good thing. Forcing out indiginous people (usually people of color) and raising rents due to an outside group of people with deeper pockets coming in and taking over apartments is not exactly something many people want.
