How do we get Ft. Greene park online?
mosmoxie
More and more cities and parks have wifi. How do we get our park hooked up? This hood is packed with freelancers. Would be nice to have another option of working from home than the cafes. How do we make this happen?

boygabrielGood question and good idea.
I have no idea who even pays for something like that. -
mosmoxieI am assuming tax dollars or a some company that would subject us to some adds. I am ok with have ignoring an add or two in exchange of working outside. And as a local tax payer I would be more than happy to see my tax dollars go to this. Anyone with me on this? Or anyone have any ideas on how to get this done? -
boygabrielThe only thing that comes to mind is calling Tish James' office. I've found her to be responsive to issues in the past. It's worth a shot. -
islaTry contacting the park and ask what they need to do to make it happen
