Garage cost in Brooklyn (Sheepshead Bay / Gravesend)

Trying to figure out the reasonable cost of the garage space in the building in Brooklyn in Sheepshead Bay / Gravesend. If you happened to park inside the building, kindly reply with the price.

Trying to figure out if the raise that the building is doing (from $100 to $150 a month) is reasonable, or should i start parking outside.
