Recommendations: Early Brunch on Sunday

i'm looking for recommendations on a brunch spot that's open early on sunday -- thinking 10-11'ish

either in the slope or prospect heights is aight

can anyone recommend a spot that fits the bill?

Tavern on Dean has a great pre fixe brunch that is really good.

Scottadito on Union b/w 6th and 7th has a decent fixed price brunch if you're into Italian. They also have the standard eggs Benedict, Florentine, etc. and french toast.

I think it's $12 and that includes UNLIMITED champagne or mimosas. They are amazingly adept at keeping your glass full.

If you're brave, ask for the Uovo con tripa (eggs with tripe). It's great hangover food, kind of like menudo.

Most local brunch places do not open until 11AM. A few might be open at 10AM, but they're rare. The only good brunch place I know of within walking distance that opens early is Cafe LuLuc, which is open at 8AM on Sundays.

They're not cheap, but try Beso on 5th and Union or Moutard just a few blocks over, also on 5th.

Beso has a chocolate french toast that will clog the fuck out of your arteries, cause you to die, come back from the dead, and order a second plate.
My friends and I eat there a lot for brunch and one of the wait staff actually admitted to eating the left over cho' french toast. Now that is kinda nasty, but it speaks for either the greatness of the food, or the shittyness of the pay, I'm not sure which. Regardless, you should check it out.

Beso does an early brunch (I think they open at 9-9:30?). Two Boots opens at 10:30. If you can wait till 11:00, Cocotte is good. That's all I can think of off the top of my head... must... drink... more... coffee...

whoa! people get out of bed before 10 a.m.? I was barely coherent before 5:30 p.m. today. gosh, I wish I worried about brunch that early.

that said, I'm so glad for this thread - more brunch places. the real question, though: how LATE do these places serve brunch? *cough* I rarely do brunch before 2 p.m.
