dammit...i just got home from work and didn't know about this! do they have a regular meeting schedule?

Usually the block association posts flyers announcing meetings on each house, as well as emailing folks who have attended past meetings. If you rent on the block keep your eyes peeled for flyers taped to the front doors. Its a sure sign that the BA is preparing for another meeting.
