XP taskbar gone wild

UGH...stupid task bar (normally at bottom) has moved to the side and I cannot drag it back....I tried re-sizing, rebooting, pulling it....nothing.

HALP!

(no "XP sucks" or "Macs are better", please)

whew....I fix-ed it. I think.

wish I could help... I think PC's are easier then Mac's and I have 2
