For as long as I can recall anyway. I drew faces in the sawdust while my grandparents had a couple. In Ireland 4 generations hang out on a Sunday afternoon. Bars are for people.

12th Street Bar and Grill has it I believe. A friend of mine used to use that a lot. Though I thought it was odd that she brought a laptop to a bar.
