3rd Ave 13th Street

Does anyone know for sure what they are building on 3rd Ave & 13th Street. Rumor has it that it will be a Hotel?????? :? :?

I grew up on 15th between 2nd and 3rd..A hotel on 13 and 3rd seems odd to me....

I grew up on 12th St between 5th & 6th Ave.the rumor was a surprise to me but who ever thought they would build one on 4th Ave between 4th &5th Sts but there is the LeBleu. I stayed there on a recent visit to my in laws on 13th between 4th & 3rd. Hence my interest in what I heard about one on 3rd & 13th.

Thanks for the info belzjim. Also for the website. When it opens I will be a guest when I go to visit the inlaws right up the block. Have stayed at the LeBleu. Very nice but pricey. Hope this hotel is closer to reasonable. If I stay any further away it means cab fares!!!
