Break-in alert

FYI: Our tenants apartment in our brownstone was broken into this weekend. Took mainly electronics. They somehow managed to get in the front door, but they cut through the drywall in the hallway to unlock the apartment door. They also took bedsheets which I assume masked the good as laundry. We are on 14th St and 4th so please spread the word and be careful. Thanks!!

Unfortunatly its common in park slope. I tell my tenants to make sure to get renters insurance. its only $100 a year.

.........and yes, they use the bedsheets to wrap all the stuff they stole. most of the time they take pillow covers.

they cut through the drywall?!? That's the first time I've heard this level of tenacity! wow. sucks.
