Need a Real Estate Laywer for condo closing!!

I'm currently buying my first place. My offer was accepted so I need some recommendations for a lawyer that people here have used before. I'm closing on a condo so any advice or help would be appreciated.

A year ago I used Lisa Haber

who was recommended to me by a work collegue. She's based in NJ but that wasn't a problem and they were cheaper than all the New York quotes I got. Beyond that bonus I have never worked with anyone so efficient. She would answer questions within minutes via e maii at almost any time ( I was a first time buyer in America myself ) and she was informative, patient with all my anxieties and 100% reliable. I would use her services again no question.

Try Dawn Kelly at 917-551-1300. She is great for first time buyers. A ton of my friends have used her and loved her because she only does a few closing at a time so she can really give you the attention you will need. She is also very reasonable. You can tell her Vivian recommend her.
