HELP!!! Party Hall/Rooms for a Birthday

I am in need of finding a hall, party room, or community centers, etc. that supply tables and chairs and will allow me to bring my own food and drinks. Any help is much appreciated!!!

Workman's Circle - A Jewish community center right at the 6-train entrance on 33rd Street. They rent a "hall" type space in a variety of sizes at this location.

Rented a large space from them back in 2006 or 2007 to hold a fund raiser for my theatre company one evening. They provided tables and (folding) chairs, we brought lots of food, set up a bar with a keg, wine and well drinks on one side and had a dj at the other end. Very good pricing. Even handed the only staff member on duty an extra $20 or $30 to let us keep going long past the time our rental agreement had been for.

Restoration Plaza on Fulton Street tween New York and Brooklyn Avenues next to Applebees has different sized rooms for wedding receptions, showers,birthday parties, etc.

Also, THE LAB. Near Restoration. Restoration is really nice, with parking under the supermarket
The Masonic Temple (Lafaytte & Clermont) they have rooms all over the place.
