Place to buy a raw bone in the neighborhood?

I usually get my critter raw beef or lamb bones at the GAP farmers market but I am no longer able to attend on saturdays- is there a butcher in the hood that might have decent quality meaty, uncooked bones? I thought about the pork place on 5th but i dont think they're an actual butcher...

I think another friend said she gets them at the place on 5th.

There's also a butcher down in WT on PPW and I think 16th St. I've been told by other dog owners that they also sell hunks of frozen meat (for dog consumption) really cheap. I think it might be meat that hits the sell by date, that they grind and freeze into hunks.

Why not the butcher shop on 5th Avenue right near 3rd Street? M&S, yeah, the sign says pork store or some nonsense, but they are a regular butcher shop

Ive never been into M&S, I thought they were more of a deli. If theyre a real butcher that will work!

Yup, try A&S which used to be called A&S Pork Store closer to N.Slope but it moved and changed the name.

I've been told I have the yummiest raw bone around. Unfortunately, for you Carmen, I'm not for sale.

    I would consider a barter.

United Meat Market in Windsor Terrace does sell beef marrow bones cut in pieces for $3.00, my puppy loves them! It's a Dog's World on Coney Island Avenue off Caton Avenue also sells frozen raw food and she has free delivery to Park Slope.

M&S on 5th Ave sells them, I just stopped in to see if I could buy chicken carcasses to make stock...they told me no, but they have plenty of beef bones.
