Vegan restaurant opening on 5th avenue

The V-Spot. The website says they are opening mid-April. It looks like they are going to have Vegan Treats cakes. Yump.

COOOOL! Can't wait. We need more vegan variety here. Vegetable Palate is ok, but we really miss the East Village sometimes

By the way, if anyone is feeling as deprived of Vegan Treats cakes and we have been lately, there are two spots nearby that offer them. One is Cocoa Bar on 7th Ave and 4th Street (verified, although the selection is not overwhelming) and Smooch on Carlton Ave. and DeKalb (not yet verified, but probably a lot cheaper than Cocoa Bar). I hope there will be more places to go and indulge sweet vegan tooth.
