New Cafe on Franklin Ave

There's a really cool cafe that just opened a few weeks ago. It's on Franklin around the corner from Franklin Park. The owners are really friendly and have $1.00 refills on coffee and although I haven't had them, they have hot chocolate and Baltazar pastries that people are raving about.

I dont think so, but I'm not sure of the name. It's right around the corner from Franklin Park on St John's.
