Brownstoner question

I have emailed Brownstoner many times about a password/login problem I'm having. They never respond. I'm hoping that they might see this. Or maybe somebody has a suggestion to get a response from them.

Did you see this thread over there? There have been others.

Thanks mod. I would just like someone over there to reply to my emails. When I go to recover your password, it says it has sent the password to me. But I never receive an email. Very frustrating!

FWIW, I tried twice to post a link to this thread on the Brownstoner Forum to put the question out there. Never came up. Their search engine doesn't work so I was unable to pick up any other complaints, there have been other ones though.
