Kens East - Church Avenue

any realtors out there with retail rents for Church Avenue east of Ocean Parkway and west of CIA? I'm seeing sub-$25/SF. Wonder if the community will be interested in small grocery/cafe retail on that strip? Thanks.

Lots of folks (and non-folks including web search engine spider-bots, ) have probably been curious enough to drop in to read your post, including myself (from another neighborhood, without enough info or opinion to comment).

Be patient, it might take a few days for any replies of actual, interested neighbors to trickle in.

Not all of us live in the community. Ever since they merged neighborhoods, quite a few topics are of no interests to others of the forum. Some of us live in Windsor Terrace and are not actively interested in the going ons of Kensington.
