Who carries Kimchi in the Slope?

I went to Steve's C-town and they laughed at me. LAUGHED (hella rude).

Anyone have a source for the goods in that area?

Natural Land on Flatbush ave next to the B/Q stop has their own reasonably good kimchi for $5 / lb.

I also like the kimchi from Natural Land, although it's not as good as my mother-in-law's.

The Korean bodega (bit of an oxymoronic term to use, I suppose) on 5th Ave between 8th and 9th St has kimchi, I think. No clue if it's good or not. I've been happy with other foods and produce I've gotten there, though.

The grocery store/bodega on 7th between carroll and garfield has excellent kimchi.

While we're on the topic, does anyone in these parts sell gochujang?

The Peppermill bodega on 7th at 10th has good stuff. I think they may make their own?

Kim's Happy Family Farm on 5th next to the Kung Fu store provided today's Kimchi fix (hella good). Thanks everyone, they don't have this stuff in my small farming town of St. Olaf, Minnesota.

I think you have to go into K-Town for that one.

Pumpkin's Market on 8th and 12th used to carry it, so try them. Haven't been there in a while. Yummy, Kimchi!

We'll be brand new... two doors north of the corner deli (underhill food co.), between prospect and st. marks.

The takeout Chinese place on 5th Ave between Union and Sackett makes their own kimchee - the one on the same block with Bierkraft. I don't even know if it's on the menu, but the guy is making it...

Young's market on 5th ave between 14th and 15th has Kimchi. I haven't tried theirs and can't attest but I've seen it there. I'm sure Moim sells side orders of it as well.

A while indeed. No more organic kimchi at that corner, although I suppose you could get a killer Negroni.
