anyone out there have a name of a contactor they worked with that they'd recommend?

    Just so you know, this stuff doesn't have to go in the classifieds. It's not advertising. You can put it in the Brooklyn forum or in your neighborhood forum (just don't put it in LOTS of neighborhood forums).
