I met him once when my band opened up for Type O on Staten Island. He was actually very nice, despite his scary appearance (he's like 7' tall!!)
He let me use his bass amp.

I don't know how you'd go about meeting him, maybe write his record company.

Brooklyn's very big, over 2 million people. It's very, very unlikely that you'd run into him.
I don't know if he still lives in Brooklyn or even NYC anymore.
