Salad bar in the slope?

Hi just wondering if anyone knows of a place in P Slope to make a custom salad. Like deli style???

Oh, don't get me started on this. I've been wanting one of those "throw in some artichoke hearts, croutons, blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes" places for 12 years. TWELVE!

I think there is one on 5th Ave somewhere, but not sure.
