Street Cleaning on 8th Street between 5th and 6th ave?

My husband just got back from parking our car on 8th Street between 5th and 6th, and neglected to check the sign indicating the street cleaning rules for that street. Does anyone happen to know? It's a long walk on this cold night. Thanks.
