soda bar

walked by soda last nite and noticed that it was closed. i saw a couple of weeks ago that they were doing some sort of renovation. any idea what's going on?

Hopefully they're cleaning the out the stank.

I think they may be installing an oven that allows them to cook wood fired pizza. In the side room it's rumored that they are going to have steampunk go-go dancers that will blow whistles and pour shots down your throat for 2 dollars per. They are also setting up a cockfighting area and a well equipped jungle gym for kids in the back,it's going to be great!

bring back the pool table!

I second that pool-table comment. Oh, how I miss that thang. Pretty much stopped going to Soda after it left.

I think they had a lot of problems with fights and drug dealing over that table.

I am too old for SODA so could never get a table.

It was open when I walked by last night.

They repainted the top of the bar again. And didn't give it enough time to dry, again, so it still looks all smudged and sad.

who cares?
