Not quite Crown Heights, but not sure where to post...

I know this isn't Crown Heights, but I am not sure which community to post this in...

Does anyone know anything about the gym on Utica Avenue at Winthrop? I know it's further south an Crown Heights, but it's near where I work. I plan to go in sometime in the next few days to check it out, but it's sometimes hard to see what the cliental/cleanliness/crowdedness will be based on a short visit. If you have ever been, I'd love to hear feedback. Sorry if this should be moved...
