enough already - -how many times can this place change over?

I know I felt the same way. This space was so under used and was not very consistent. The owner is completely walking away and allowing a baker to take the space over. She knows the neighborhood and has built relationships and clientele over the years. The owner is a nice person that wanted to do well but, it seemed that his concepts did not move with the changing surroundings. We hope that coming in with fresh concepts, listening to what the people want and most of all being Consistent will bring a great service to an underserved enclave in Bed Stuy.
