new business

i am in the process of developing a new business in the dekalb and clarmont area.I would like all opinions on what you would like it to be, the hours it should open etc.

What sort of business is it? Some sort of context might help people get a better sense of your question.

as a person who GREW up on that block..
id say keep your business OFF my block.. its already over crowded..and my mom and neighbors have issuses parking their cars already ..and just based on the fact you cant spell our street name correctly your business WONT be a good addition to the over saturated heap of shit crowding dekalb ave !

Based on the comments above, I suggest a parking garage. Maybe with a discount for mentally unstable people who overreact on Internet forums.
