Not exactly Park Slope, but new bar?

Does anyone know anything about the new bar that opened on 5th ave btw 22nd and 23rd in Greenwood? It's between Guerrero Market and Smolen Bar.

I saw it on New Year's Eve with a packed house and had no idea that something was going in the old laundromat. No signage or anything.
Just curious

Wasn't Smolen Bar an old old school bar that was on 5th Avenue many years ago? Or, am I imagining it?
