occasional high-pitched whistle w/ rising tone on bergen

around Hoyt. Argh! It's driving me nuts...very quick rising tone, like a pennywhistle going up...happens like every five or ten minutes for like TWO. YEARS!!!
Please tell me someone else notices this--if it's a person I'd like to stick a pencil in their eye socket

Yeah... nothing like self-absorbed, anti-social behavior to really give you a warm feeling in your heart! If your lucky he's also throwing a McDonald's bag out his window and beating his dog as he's driving....
