Name of live performer at A.O.C Bistro?

There's a singer/guitarist who's been in there recently, when I ate there he was with another guy and a woman, singing blues/R&B/soul - really good. I was hoping to pick up a CD, if he's got one - anyone know his name? I think he said it was Julian or Julius or something like that...
