We definitely agree on this. I've had it. It's good, I even spent my lunch money on a second one.
I must try this!

pituwow...why else would I want to be over there tho?
Bklyn Heights itinerary? -
MODThere's a Housing Works and Design Within Reach store over there and of course the promenade. Some ideas.. -
modsquadDon't forget the Witnesses. When you drive through them they fly up like pigeons!
-
pitu^^^ okay, that's a little insane, modsquad. what is it?
Mami, thanks but I think that Housing Works store closed a while ago. I hope not to have to engage the courts or other local gov any time soon, which is the only other thing I know about over there. -
doublediamondThat looks really freaking good!
I sometimes trek into Williamsburg to go to Saltie, which has some incredible breakfast sandwiches. -

It's a chandelier in the Jehovah's Witness headquarters called "Enlightenment" -
whyfiWhile I'm not going to make a dedicated trip, I was compelled to make a poached egg sandwich this morning... -
sweet teafinally got over here today, delirious from fasting for a blood test.
holy crap that sandwich is good.
$3 for iced coffee is a bit steep, especially given the size of the paper cup is was served in -- it was good, but not nearly as good as sit & wonder's.
but man, oh man, that sandwich. the most perfect egg i've had outside of my kitchen. and the ham......... -
carnivoreThanks for reminding me of this thread, sweet tea. I still haven't tried that sandwich, but you've given me new motivation. -
sweet teai am cheap as the dickens, and i have to admit that it was worth $5.
warning: it's really not very much ham. but what there is, is sensational. -
pitu@egg in b'burg there is a most exquisite biscuit w slivers of country ham and fig jam...
/swoon
(also fits your category of "I'm cheap but damn that's good") -
idlewildLooks good. I shall try. Kind of on par, This morning I had a delicious creamed beef on toast at the Reading Terminal in Philly.
