What's a good Wash & Fold place on Franklin? Closer to Sterling the better :)

There are only 2 laundromats then that I know of that meet your criteria of "on Franklin" anywhere near Sterling.

One on Franklin between Lincoln and St. Johns and the other on Franklin at Park Place.

Of the two, the one on Park is much nicer -- cleaner, well-kept, decent security, more machines, etc.

I have never had someone else wash and fold my clothes but the I don't think I would trust the people between Lincoln and St. Johns. They seem nice enough but could care less about the trash on the floors, the people begging/bothering people, etc. Once the place on Park opened up I never went back (Even when the other one was closer to me). The people there are nice, much more professional, and the facilities are cleaner.

Agreed. I tried the one between Lincoln and St John. I dropped my laundry off and all my whites came back pink. Now I just go to Island Bubbles. They're much friendlier as well.

Is that the french laundry place with the blue awning?

I was looking for a new place to get my shirts done. the place on atlantic and franklin takes too long and doesn't does a sloppy job with dry cleaning.

I now go to the one on Franklin Ave, between St. John's and Lincoln. They just renovated their laundry and the new machines they have are awesome. This place was a mess before, but now I wont go elsewhere.

It may help your decision to know that our community advocacy group Crow Hill Community Association (CHCA) is advocating a boycott of the laundromat on the corner of Franklin & Park Place. The laundromat shares a landlord with the "jewelry store" located in the same building that CHCA has identified as an undesirable business for our community.

For more information, see the CHCA website: http://www.crowhillcommunity.org/

I had a shitty experience w/a place on Nostrand. Lotta shit went missing. Tread lightly

I think that place under the Alma bldg (480?) has good service. Very friendly staff too (at least they were like 2 yrs ago)

Be careful CHJ, you might lose your ability to post if you say things that can be interpreted as disrespectful to other posters. There are people who are called moderators who determine if you are stepping over the line.

Used the laundromat establishment on Franklin again. So far two for two.
