Practice Space for a Band?

Does anyone know of practice spaces in Prospect Heights or our surrounding neighborhoods that do monthly rentals? My band is looking for a place that we can keep our gear at and share with another band or two.

Thanks for the reply. That thread deals mostly with Recording studios. We are looking for a rehearsal space that will allow us to pay rent and lock up our gear there for an extended period of time. Any further ideas?

I should also note that while Complete music is a nice place staffed by nice people, they only do nightly rentals. They have no long-term lockout spaces as far as I know.

if you don't mind traveling farther north in the 11238 zip code, i know some people who practice around gates ave and st james place in clinton hill.

Complete Music also has storage lockers for monthly rent.
We are doing a promotion for 2010.
New clients rent a locker for the year and get 20% off rehearsal rates.
