FRANKLIN PARK READING SERIES -- February 8, 8PM -- JOHN WRAY

Thanks for supporting our events and helping us establish a literary community in our neighborhood! And we're very excited that the New York Times, TimeOut and NY Press have been paying attention.

We're seeking local readers and performers for the series, and we'll be sending submission guidelines in a separate post.

We hope you can join us next week, on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 8 at 8, for our "Desperate New Yorker Night.." We'll be featuring acclaimed novelist JOHN WRAY, author of Lowboy, which has been called a modern-day Catcher in the Rye, Crown Heights-based writer MASHA HAMILTON, who has released four widely praised novels and is the founder of the Afghan Women's Writing Project, and debut author MELISSA FEBOS, whose memoir Whip Smart has been hailed as a "an emotionally stark, excoriating work." by Publishers Weekly.
