question over blood stains

Hi, Does anyone know what all the blood is on washington btw st.Marks and Prospect is? It has been there for 3 days now ( yes, had I clorox I would have used it.) If it is another murder or drug related altercation then everyone should just be aware.Thank you.

There is also blood on the corner of Prospect and Underhill. I was walking by on Friday night when I saw someone lying on the ground with blankets and an ambulance pulled up. Anyone know what happened?
