Wine Tasting Group Starting

Some friends and I are starting up a informal wine tasting group I used to run in Prospect Heights. Now it will be sometimes in PRospect Heights and sometimes in Sunset Park. Basically we get together once a month at one of our homes, have a topic or area and select reasonably priced wines to taste and compare. Usually serve some cheese and bread with the wine. Splinting the cost, it usually runs about $15 - $20 a person.

My girlfriend and I would love to attend the monthly tasting. There is also a nice little tasting room that is at the Brooklyn Wine Exchange on Court and Pacific streets that is open on weekends (Fri - Sun). Perhaps we can have a group outing at some point.

First meeting of the recreated Brooklyn Budget Wine Tasting Group is
now scheduled for April 9th in Prospect Hgts. This group will get
together once a month in a members home, to explore value wines (under
$20 a bottle). We learn some, we drink some. We have a good time.

The topic in Aprl will be Wines from Portugal. There will be a range
of wines, whites to reds, no port. Cheese and crackers included, cost
