AREA YOGA for KIDS!

Join us for a unique series of children's yoga classes incorporating yoga postures, creative movement, storytelling, song and fun with the goal of creating an open and positive space for children to explore their imaginations and express themselves freely while learning self awareness, relaxation, inner peace and the concepts of yoga asana and yoga philosophy.

*Parents take a class too* Adult class times coincide with kid's classes.

"Sing and Dance Your Yoga" ages 5-7 THURS. 4:30 - 5:40pm
"Bewonder Kids Yoga" ages 8-11 FRI. 4:30 - 5:40pm
"Creative Kids Yoga" ages 5-11 SUNDAY 10:00 - 11:30am
