sewing classes?

I know this seems really specific, but I have tried looking on all the resources I could think of and couldn't find anything. I am looking for basic sewing classes. Would love something like this: http://www.craftgym.com/ Anybody know of anything? (Can be anywhere in Brooklyn/Lower Manhattan).
