Time Out Magazine

Did anyone else receive two copies of the latest edition of Time Out? It's like they ran our label twice. The subscription dates, numbers, etc. are all the same. Weird.

no, just once. But that happened 3 weeks in a row for our New York Magazine and when I called they had submitted our renewal as a "new subscription" and so it hadn't been tagged onto our current subscription but was doubling them up until the old one expired. i had to call them to fix it.

So, did that happened around the time you renewed your subscription? I would understand if this happened when we renewed, but our subscription expires/renews in August.

Thanks for the heads up about your situation, though. If this happens again, I'll give Time Out a call and make sure that's not happening to us.

I only got one, but I got it on the very early day of Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should take advantage of the extra copy by making a collage.

yeah, we had just renewed because we had like 5 issues left and then they just doubled them up. If you don't expire until August this probably isn't it.
