Looking for Room for Rent

Hi all! I'm a mom in the Heights, fan of Underhill playground, Blue Marble etc...A good friend is in town until May 14th and needs to rent a room. She is a non-smoker, busy, clean and can pay for the room upfront. Her budget is about $750 and she adores Prospect Heights. However, Fort Greene or Park Slope is okay too. You might want to change the title to "Looking for Room to Rent". The current title reads as if you have a room in your house you are renting out.

A little more about her desired location, budget, etc. might also be helpful
