Forget about rent subsidies.

In NYC, if you build a stadium, they sign you up for Payments in Lieu of Taxes (PILOTs).

With PILOTs you can use your PROPERTY TAXES to pay your MORTGAGE. Currently, I pay both, but I am planning an aquatic center in my backyard and am going to strike a deal with Bloomie and Marty soon.
