Naval Experiments Causing Snow

I have it on good authority that the U.S. Navy, in cooperation with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), have been the cause of the most recent "snow" storms we have experienced in the northeast. They have been conducting climate changing tests using depleted uranium warheads and subsonic microwave energy to increase precipitation and lower the temperature in the upper atmosphere. The result is the most unnatural snow you have found blanketing your homes.
