Time Warner outage?

Anyone in the North Slope area experiencing Time Warner issues? We're near the 5th Ave/Flatbush triangle... We lost internet and cable last night and we're not sure if it's just us or if there's an outage in the area. Time Warner was not so helpful. They're coming out on Saturday to inspect the situation, but that's, like, 4 days from now!

I'm having issues getting my HD channels. Maybe thats why. Was having some channels missing last night too. 'm on Bergen and 4th.

My HD picture has been very crappy lately. Very crappy. More so than usual crappiness.

My internet cuts out every time I try to watch more than five or ten minutes of streaming video. Then I have to restart my computer to get internet again.

This is extra upsetting because I don't have a TV. Computer -- and TV shows online -- are kind of important!
