I live across the street from there and know some people who live in it.
Their apartment is actually really spacious and nice. There's the usual BS with new construction: the gym that was promised was never put in, I think there was an elevator problem.
They seem pretty happy with it though. They were renting and have mentioned wanting to buy it.
I can however, speak for the block. Barring the one sketchy house that the cops are always going to, it's a really nice block with alot of families and dogs. Plus you get to call Goodies your friendly neighborhood bodega. They are great in there.
