Anyone else still w/out TWC cable/internet in the Slope?

We've had no cable or internet service for six hrs or so and I haven't been able to get through to the TWC phone number. Someone on their web site's live support chat copy/pasted in a generic message about there being a service issue in our area and to contact them if the issue isn't resolved in 24 hrs. (Yes, they really wrote 24 hrs.)

Just curious how many more people are effected by this. Only found a couple of complaints on the innertubes.

    Mine went out around 6pm Sat. night and is still out. I've called a few times and I keep getting the message that "service is interrupted in my area."

    Yep, mine is still out, too. Ugh. Someone I spoke w/ late last night told me the problem would be fixed by 5am (oops!) and that customers would be credited for two full days (Sat & Sun).

    It sucks because I really needed the internet today for work-related stuff and all I've got is this really weak wireless from a neighbor or a local business and I really needed to work on my PC, not my ancient laptop.

    p.s. Be careful rebooting your cable box if you have DVR. My wife went to watch one of our recorded shows and all of the text, except for the show title, was replaced with the text "no string." The "List" stuff was all fine until I rebooted the cable box this morning.

    I hate you, Time Warner. I hate you so very, very much.

    Yeah, TWC sucks! (However I'm happy that we have yet to experience an outage during this storm).

    Sometimes another reboot fixes those kinds of problems as well as audio/video sync problems on recorded shows for me. I think I have the newest box, which I like for it's larger hd to store more shows, but it has all kinds of feed glitches.

    Yep, mine finally came back. No rebooting of cable box or modem required.
