Funny sign in Met Food

If you are in the Met Food on Vanderbilt near Park check out the handmade sign over by the breads. "Please do not use hands to remove bread. Kindly use the thongs provided". Made me laugh, and no, I didn't get any bread.

Speaking of signs, anybody see that billboard on Vandy and Atlantic behind the MickeyD's?! Stark black with white lettering and it reads (something to the effect of) "6-6-06. The signs are all around you." :shock:

There is one near the Home Depot. They are going to start yelling and screaming on the subways now...

Aw, man! I am SO sick of crappy remakes (as they almost always are) of really good movies from the 60's and 70's.

When will the madness end? Dog Day Afternoon with Freddy Prinze, Jr.? Feh.

I saw it a couple of years ago and it didn't scare me so much, but it sure creeped me out. "Damien! It's all for you!" Yeek.

I love watching Dog Day Afternoon, as the bulk of the action's about 2 blocks away from where I lived in Windsor Terrace when I first moved to NYC. It's trippy to see the neighborhood back before the million-dollar condoization of the area.
