Corner of Vanderbilt Dean

I heard that development is imminent at the empty lot at the corner of Vanderbilt & Dean. Does anyone know what's going on, or what's being built and when?

If you have an address (maybe a street number) you can go on the Dept. of Buildings website and see if any permits have been applied for and/or given out.

Are you talking about the northwest corner of this intersection? It is part of FCRC's Atlantic Yards project.

Parking lot for 3000 cars while the arena is being built, last I heard. Take a deep breath of air now while you can, because it's going to filled with exhaust fumes soon.
